Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge on basic legal terms, the branches of law and the judicial system at the short cycle level.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the legal terminology,
  • Define the sources of law,
  • Classify the branches of law,
  • Explain the judicial system,
  • Explain the basic principles of the application of rules of law,
  • Explain the basic terms and institutions of the various branches of law.
Course Description Rules of social order, sources of law, branches of law, the judicial system, types of lawsuits, application of rules of law.
